After moving into a modest apartment, his optimism is quickly shadowed by disturbing occurrences—unseen knocks, threatening notes, and unsettling noises from the next room. His mysterious neighbor, Farai, appears to be battling terrifying voices and violent breakdowns. But as Tawanda digs deeper, the line between reality and illusion begins to blur, leading to a shocking revelation: Farai never existed. He was a projection of Tawanda’s own fractured mind, a manifestation of his isolation and untreated mental illness. Themes: Isolation: The film explores how loneliness and detachment from community can intensify psychological struggles.
